At Rizes, tradition meets imagination. The kitchen is led by renowned Chef and Co-Owner Alexandros Makropoulos, whose award-winning background sets the tone for an extraordinary experience. Together with Head Chefs Maria Syla and Thomas Teneketzis, and the talented Pastry Chef Eleni Mania, the team brings raw ingredients to life with elegance and soul.
