We always hear our guest’s opinions. We decided for 2021 to become more flexible!
Flexible about our cancellation policies. From now on, for all reservation with flexible policy, no cancellation fees are applied if you cancel up to 72 hours before the arrival date. It uses to be 14 days until now.
So, at these uncertain times we all go through, you have the flexibility. Cancel up to 4 days before your arrival date, without paying any extra cancellation fees. Of course we always have our non-refundable policy, in which you must pay upfront. But you earn the advantage of at least 10% discount on the total price.
And don’t forget that in case of cancellation due to Covid-19 restrictions we cover you again. We re-schedule your reservation to your new dates up to 2 years ahead keeping your rates for the same period of booking.
